The assignment consisted of training senior officials from public and private administrations in Central Africa and West Africa (Democratic Republic of Congo and Senegal) on the subject of: Human Resources (HR) Steering and the Planned Management of Employment and Skills. At a time when the imperatives of efficiency and effectiveness of public organisations are increasing, it is essential for them to move from personnel administration to the planned management of human resources in all its dimensions. With this in mind, this training course offered the techniques and language keys essential to the gradual development of the planned management of employment and skills.
