The assignment consisted of training senior executives from the General Directorate of the Treasury and the Brazzaville City Hall (Republic of Congo) on the theme: Legal, fiscal and financial management of a local authority.
Over ten days, the participants strengthened their capacities in order to acquire a command of the legal, fiscal and financial framework of a local authority, a command of the tools and methods necessary for the good management of a local authority, as well as knowledge of the components of decision-making.
