The mission consisted in training senior officials from public administrations in Southern, Central and West Africa on the subject of “Project development: needs, feasibility, financing”. The aim of the 10-day training course was to enhance participants' skills and their theoretical and technical knowledge in project development. Following the course, participants were able to manage the preparatory phase of development projects.
