Transaction advisor for the implementation of the green mini-grid programme in the cities of Kananga, Kabinda and Mbuji-Mayi

Ginger SOFRECO, under the Scaling Mini Grids initiative by the International Financial Corporation (IFC), is supporting the Congolese government, through the ARE (Electricity Regulatory Authority) and UCM (Project Coordination and Management Unit of the Ministry), in developing mini-grids in Kabinda, Kananga, and Mbuji-Mayi, including tender processes, transaction finalization with selected developers, contract monitoring and capacity building.
