The team of experts contributed to the following reports, based on sectoral analyses, consultations and data collected in the field:
- Design of an education project: assessment of the intervention logic, estimated costs and benefits, and the relevance of the proposed reforms (recruitment, governance, financing), in line with national priorities.
- Data quality reports: review of monitoring systems and indicators used by the Ministry of Education.
- Support for school transition: design of activities to increase the transition from primary to secondary school, reduce dropout rates, and strengthen support for students with difficulties or disabilities.
- Improvement of teaching and school management: analysis of human resource management practices (recruitment, evaluation and promotion), the quality of leadership in schools, and the need for teaching materials.
- Training and professional integration: recommendations on priority technical skills for growth sectors in Belize, capacity building for TVET trainers, required equipment, creation of a national training agency, and strengthening school-business partnerships.
