The project aimed to strengthen the skills and professionalism of administrative and teaching staff in the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Integrated School Projects (ISP) in 90 schools selected in the regions of Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima, Fez-Meknes and Marrakech-Safi. The mission comprised seven tasks:
- Preparation of a framework note and a proposal for quality improvement
- Support for the Regional Coordination Teams (RCTs) and Steering Committees (SCs) of the three regions in updating the ISPs and implementing them
- Supporting the RCTs in administrative and financial management and supporting schools in managing their ISPs
- Strengthening the capacities of the AREFs/Provincial Departments (PDs)
- Capitalising on the experience of the ISP process, updating the good practice guide and recommendations for generalisation
- Training test developers
- Overall management, supervision, monitoring, reporting and reporting to MCA-Morocco.
