The mission consisted of training officials from Madagascar's Ministry of the Environment and Sustainable Development on the subject of HR management and job and skills management. The aim of this 5-day training course was to strengthen the participants' skills and theoretical and technical knowledge in this area.
At the end of the training, the participants would be able to: 1) formalise the organisation's strategic approach, 2) steer the creation/updating of tools for describing professions, jobs and skills, 3) identify key positions/jobs and assess their degree of criticality, 4) design an employee assessment and career support system, and 5) implement remedial measures.
