This project aims to improve the efficiency with which social assistance services are delivered, by developing a targeted social assistance IT system that will improve the effectiveness of cash benefits and social welfare services in combating poverty.
At the core of this process is the need to better identify the poor, and to collect and store relevant information that will allow good decision-making both in benefit awarding and in the identification and implementation of appropriate social service provision.
The project will develop and implement a national information system accordingly. 

Conseil Santé will assist the General Directorate of Pharmaceutical Affairs (GDPA) in better defining and increasing its stewardship role. The project will participate in the improvement of the GDPA's governance. The team leader (long term expert) will coordinate the missions of the short term experts dealing with particular aspects of the pharmaceutical sector.

Assessment of the pre-election situation in the light of international standards for democratic elections and Tunisian legislation. The assessment covered the: (i) political situation, (ii) legislative framework, (iii) election administration, (iv) human rights and fundamental freedoms, (v) media, (vi) voter registration, (vii) party and candidate registration, (viii) security aspects, (ix) logistics and operational matters and any other relevant issues relating to the elections and possible deployment of an Election Observation Mission of the European Union.

The objective of the project is to carry out a mid-term evaluation of the 2017-2021 Health Sector Development Plan (HSDP) and to draft recommendations in order to positively reorient the implementation of the HSDP during the 2020-2021 period and to provide input for the design of the future HSDP.
The team evaluated the results of the implementation of 3 programmes and 28 sub-programmes interlinked to the 6 strategic components of the health system strengthening under the leadership of the Ministry of Public Health, and the strategic coordination and supervision of the Secretary General for the continuation of the sector-wide approach initiated several years ago.

The Tokushukai Group is a leading healthcare provider in Japan. Tokushukai's activities in Africa to date have mainly focused on building dialysis centres as donations. Tokushukai is now looking to expand its operations on the continent and, with support from the African Development Bank, implement a multinational programme comprising five to twenty hospitals across Africa over the next five years. The Feasibility Study is to assess the technical, legal, financial, and commercial feasibility of the project, and include an analysis of its environmental, social and governance aspects.
