Joint evaluation of the impacts of assistance to social sector reforms ( 2010 - 2010 )
The main purpose of the evaluation was to generate knowledge from the results of Sida support to social sector reforms through twelve projects and programmes in the Republic of Moldova, in order to provide lessons learnt for the Moldovan ministries and authorities concerned in the planning for the future direction for the sector, and for donors and implementing agencies involved as to how to best assist the reforms. Since the Swedish support to social sector reforms was being phased out in Moldova, the evaluation provided important lessons for Sweden as to how to phase out development cooperation assistance in a responsible way, ensuring the sustainability of results.
Preparation of a guide for designing a social protection project in Sub-Saharan Africa and the Mediterranean region ( 2013 - 2014 )
This study aimed to provide the AFD with a methodological guide providing an insight as to the structural factors to be taken into account in identifying and formulating social protection support projects in Sub-Saharan and Mediterranean countries.

It included assessing the HIF to manage the resources of publicly financed health services and writing recommendations to the HIF and the Government of Serbia for the delivery of the economical, efficient and value-for money operation of the HIF.

Technical assistance to support the implementation of the Shtip Regional Clinical Hospital Project ( 2019 - 2020 )
The project is for the construction of a regional hospital gathering all services scattered around the campus of the existing Shtip Clinical Hospital, and increasing its capacity and list of specialities. The new regional hospital will have a capacity of 245 beds, a total surface of almost 34 000 m², and will offer medical services to over 200,000 potential patients.
