Assessment of the health referral system and costing of the Basic Package of Health Services (BPHS) ( 2016 - 2016 )
The overall objective of the project of which this contract is a part is to increase the availability of reliable data to inform the design and implementation of the national health system.
The purposes of this contract are as follows:
1. To produce a comprehensive review of the health referral system at the different levels and present options for improvement;
2. To produce a comprehensive costing of the implementation of BPHS 2010.

The objective of this assignment is to improve the State’s regulation and management of investment planning in the health sector. The aim is to bring its standards closer to international standards, in particular to those of the OECD, taking into account the planning of the needs of hospitals in the regions and the finalisation of the United Perspective Plan (UPP, a hospital planning document).

Design of a large scale health project integrating interventions related to the offer and demand of health care, through the promotion of health micro-insurance, as well as to the provision of institutional support to the MoH at central and provincial level. Definition of operational activities to improve the delivery of health care in one province (Takeo) and the capital (Phnom Penh) through a micro-insurance scheme. Design of the institutional support to the MoH in the areas of human resources, hospital policy, prevention of HIV/AIDS and maternal health. Definition of the operational modalities of the project's implementation, including financial and administrative issues and the responsibilities of the various actors.

The objective of the study is to define a private sector development component in the Food Security Recovery Programme (FSRP) prepared by the European Delegation and the Government of Angola.
The identification phase of the FSRP has primarily identified the Agricultural and Cattle-breeding Trade & Industrial Association of Lubango (AAPCIL) as a major stakeholder and has concluded that providing support to AAPCIL in order to strengthen its role and capacity in the promotion of economic development in Huila and Benguela provinces, would be the main objective of “FSRP - Private sector development component ”.
