The objectives of this project are to provide the main beneficiaries in Morocco (DFP/MIEPEEC and ANCLA) and the Delegation of the European Union (DUE) in Rabat with a holistic system defining the general guidelines for Morocco, as well as the management methods for providing lifelong learning. The system includes an institutional component, a governance component, steering and operational tools, a roadmap and institutional communication measures, all of which are in keeping with the guidelines of the Framework Law and aligned with European or international good practice in this area.

The Knowledge Hub for expertise on Youth provides expertise and knowledge to EC HQ services and EU Delegations worldwide in the area of youth in external action (youth participation an empowerment, as well as youth specific issues in sectoral policies). The Hub supports sector-specific policies and the formulation of actions in the area of youth and provides support on the implementation of the Youth Action Plan as well as on the management of the Youth Sounding Board for international partnerships. The Hub is a flexible mechanism which provides on demand expertise to EC staff worldwide, and to a certain extent, to Member States’ staff.

The objective of this intervention is to strengthen the assessment of learning in education through: 1) the training of Unified National Testing test item developers; 2) the development of at least 5,000 Unified National Testing test items and manuals for test development and testing procedures; and 3) capacity building for National Training Centre specialists in the preparation and organisation of test checks.

The overall objective of our services is to assist the Belize Compact Development Team (BCDT) – Government of Belize in designing a cohesive Education Project, intended to address the core problem identified in the Education Concept Note developed by the BCDT, specifically by: (i) evaluating the soundness, relevance, feasibility and sustainability of the strategic approach proposed in the Concept Note for the future Education Project, (ii) making recommendations on the strengthening of the Design Document, (iii) conducting assessments of key aspects of the education system to inform a more detailed design of the Project, and (iv) preparing a proposal for Terms of Reference for project implementation.

The overall objective of the study is to generate more detailed information for a better understanding of the conditions for implementing the future Agricultural Technical Vocational Education and Training (ATVET) enhancement project. This information should lead to the AFD and EU Boards’ approval for the financing of the project. The study is to be shared and jointly conducted with the main institutional and private sector players of ATVET, to support the agricultural vocational training sector in Nigeria, with the inclusion of a cross-cutting gender dimension.

The objective of the mission is to contribute to the appraisal process that AFD is conducting in partnership with the Ministry of Primary, Secondary and Technical Education and the Technical Committee for Reforms of the Ministry of Finance and to outline and give content to Component 1. This component is designed to improve the management of the end of teachers' careers, which would be carried out in the form of a refinancing of public expenditure made by the State on the basis of in-depth discussions with the actors involved.

The general objective of this study is to develop a sustainable financing strategy for the higher education system in Côte d'Ivoire.
The mission first produces a diagnostic of the system and the challenges of financing higher education, and then proposes strategic directions and an action plan for the resource allocation, in close collaboration with the various higher education actors.
