The Ministry of Labour, Migration, and Employment (MOLME) of the Republic of Tajikistan is implementing the Skills and Employability Enhancement Project (SEEP), the cost of which is partly financed by the Asian Development Bank. SEEP is aimed at improving the skills and employability of youth, women, and labour migrants for both the domestic and overseas labour markets. MOLME is the Executing agency (EA) of the Project. The Project Administration Group (PAG) has been established to implement the project. The Project Implementation Support Consultancy (PISC) provides advice and support to the PAG.

The purpose of the 'Grant Manager' consultancy assignment is to support the MCA-Côte d’Ivoire in the management, follow-up and implementation of the projects funded by the Compact and to close the activities of the Partnership for Skills Development (PDS) fund. This assignment also includes the design of a quality assurance register for training in the centres and capacity building of the various contributors.

The overall objective of the project of which this contract is a part is to ensure the right to education and to improve the basic education sector in Sudan, with particular attention to groups living in vulnerable situations, including migrants, IDPs and refugees, especially girls.
The aim of this contract is to improve the governance of the education system as well as the coordination between stakeholders (specific project objective 3).

This technical assistance aims to improve and create hybrid training programmes in the graphic industry sector, and to support their implementation in four selected Trade and Skills Centres, using three angles:
1) Development of training programmes, in accordance with the Competence-Based Approach (CBA);
2) Training of trainers and supervisory staff;
3) Start-up assistance.

The Integrated School Project (ISP) is part of the Secondary Education activity of the Education and Training for Employability project of the Compact II in Morocco and is linked to the fundamental component (i) aimed at setting up an integrated model for the improvement of secondary schools (Attahadi Model).
The overall objective of the SOFRECO Technical Assistance (TA) is to strengthen the skills and professionalisation of administrative and educational staff in the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Integrated School Projects (ISP) in the 90 schools selected in the regions of Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima, Fez-Meknes and Marrakech-Safi.

PRAASED aims to improve school performance in primary and lower secondary schools and to strengthen the performance of education management systems through a survey. The results of this survey help to improve the strategy and action plan of the primary and secondary education sub-sector. The information obtained also enables those in charge of the sub-sector to: (i) take strategic orientation decisions, (ii) develop corrective measures, and (iii) improve service delivery.
