The objective of the mission is to contribute to the appraisal process that AFD is conducting in partnership with the Ministry of Primary, Secondary and Technical Education and the Technical Committee for Reforms of the Ministry of Finance and to outline and give content to Component 1. This component is designed to improve the management of the end of teachers' careers, which would be carried out in the form of a refinancing of public expenditure made by the State on the basis of in-depth discussions with the actors involved.

The study provided by Ginger SOFRECO is part of the National Policy on Higher Education of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire.
The general objective of this study is to develop a sustainable financing strategy for the higher education system in Côte d'Ivoire.
The mission first produces a diagnostic of the system and the challenges of financing higher education, and then proposes strategic directions and an action plan for the resource allocation, in close collaboration with the various higher education actors.

The Ministry of Labour, Migration, and Employment (MOLME) of the Republic of Tajikistan is implementing the Skills and Employability Enhancement Project (SEEP), the cost of which is partly financed by the Asian Development Bank. SEEP is aimed at improving the skills and employability of youth, women, and labour migrants for both the domestic and overseas labour markets. MOLME is the Executing agency (EA) of the Project. The Project Administration Group (PAG) has been established to implement the project. The Project Implementation Support Consultancy (PISC) provides advice and support to the PAG.

The purpose of the 'Grant Manager' consultancy assignment is to support the MCA-Côte d’Ivoire in the management, follow-up and implementation of the projects funded by the Compact and to close the activities of the Partnership for Skills Development (PDS) fund. This assignment also includes the design of a quality assurance register for training in the centres and capacity building of the various contributors.

The overall objective of the project of which this contract is a part is to ensure the right to education and to improve the basic education sector in Sudan, with particular attention to groups living in vulnerable situations, including migrants, IDPs and refugees, especially girls.
The aim of this contract is to improve the governance of the education system as well as the coordination between stakeholders (specific project objective 3).

This technical assistance aims to improve and create hybrid training programmes in the graphic industry sector, and to support their implementation in four selected Trade and Skills Centres, using three angles:
1) Development of training programmes, in accordance with the Competence-Based Approach (CBA);
2) Training of trainers and supervisory staff;
3) Start-up assistance.
