Provision of independent, high-quality monitoring and evaluation inputs on projects and programmes through assistance in the initial stages and real-time evaluation of IfS actions (providing assistance for conflict prevention and urgent responses to political crises and man-made or natural disasters) which fall under the remit of the Service for Foreign Policy Instruments.

Support to the Ministry of Public Health and Population to:
- Situate/position the hospital in its new environment (its role in the community, elected representatives, reference and counter-reference, its role in epidemiological surveillance, challenges and limitations from an economic and social point of view, etc.);
- Strengthen the hospital’s governance and organisation;
- Recruit and manage human resources in an optimal manner;
- Organise and improve health care while promoting comprehensive, integrated care for patients;
- Ensure efficient financial management;
- Ensure efficient logistical management.
