Mid-term and final evaluations of the ethical fashion initiative in Burkina Faso and Mali ( 2020 - 2021 )
This mid-term evaluation is to introduce a rider prior to the next operational Committee in order to revise the log frame and to potentially extend the implementation period of the project up to the second semester 2021. The recommendations should be concrete, operational and directly actionable.
The main users of these two evaluations will be the European Commission (headquarters and European Union Delegations in Burkina Faso and other countries where the International Trade Centre-Ethical Fashion Initiative (ITC-EFI) programme is being deployed; ITC (headquarters); ITC-EFI (programme team) and all related national stakeholders from Mali and Burkina Faso in particular, but also other European social enterprise stakeholders.

Energy Saving Initiative in the Building Sector (ESIB) ( 2010 - 2015 )
This project aims to help the INOGATE Partner Countries reduce their dependency on fossil fuels, improve the security of their energy supply, and allow them to contribute more actively to climate change mitigation.
Specifically, the ESIB project is to assist the INOGATE Partner Countries in ensuring improved control of their energy consumption in the building sector by promoting and developing Energy Efficiency (EE) as well as the use of Renewable Energy (RE) where applicable, in this particular area.

Evaluation of the last 2 NEEDS (Network of Europeans for Electoral and Democracy support) projects for the EC and recommendations for the future project concerning the training of EU Electoral Observation Mission experts and observers, support and technical assistance to Domestic Observers Organizations (DO) and methodological support for EU EOMs.The assignment included drafting Terms of References for a future call for tender in the same field.
