The aim of this training course was to enhance the knowledge of five civil servants and officials from Madagascar's Ministry of Education on the subject of ''Implementing Contracts of Objectives and Performance''. For five days, the participants strengthened their skills in the field of Contracts of Objectives and Performance (COP), so as to acquire an in-depth knowledge of these contracts, how they are drawn up and the issues involved.

The objective of the assignment is to assist the implementing agency in identifying the training needs of the Airways Authority (''Régie des Voies Aériennes SA - RVA SA'') and the Civil Aviation Authority (''Autorité de l'Aviation Civile - AAC'') and in developing and effectively implementing technical training programmes for the staff of these two organisations by clearly defining the procedures for monitoring and evaluating the implementation of this component. The number of people to be trained and the scope of the modules to be delivered takes into account the analysis of the needs expressed and the limits of the resources allocated to this component, which includes all the pedagogical and logistical costs of the training.
