The aim of this training course was to enhance the knowledge of five civil servants and officials from Madagascar's Ministry of Education on the subject of ''Implementing Contracts of Objectives and Performance''. For five days, the participants strengthened their skills in the field of Contracts of Objectives and Performance (COP), so as to acquire an in-depth knowledge of these contracts, how they are drawn up and the issues involved.

The objective of the assignment is to assist the implementing agency in identifying the training needs of the Airways Authority (''Régie des Voies Aériennes SA - RVA SA'') and the Civil Aviation Authority (''Autorité de l'Aviation Civile - AAC'') and in developing and effectively implementing technical training programmes for the staff of these two organisations by clearly defining the procedures for monitoring and evaluating the implementation of this component. The number of people to be trained and the scope of the modules to be delivered takes into account the analysis of the needs expressed and the limits of the resources allocated to this component, which includes all the pedagogical and logistical costs of the training.

The aim of this training course was to strengthen the knowledge of six civil servants and officials from Madagascar's Ministry of Education on the subject of ‘Implementing Objective-Based and Performance-Based Contracts’. Over a five-day period, the participants strengthened their skills in the field of Objective-Based and Performance-Based Contracts, in order to obtain in-depth knowledge of such contracts, their development and the stakes involved.

The mission consisted of training three civil servants and officials from the Ministry of Sports and Recreation of the Democratic Republic of Congo on the subject of ''Public Investment Programming for programme budgets''. Over a period of 10 days, the participants strengthened their skills to acquire a thorough understanding of the technical framework within which investments are programmed, the tools and methods required for the monitoring and evaluation of programme budgets, as well as knowledge on decision-making aids.

The assignment consisted in training five staff members of the Court of Auditors of Guinea on ''Developing a communication plan: principles and tools''. Over a period of 5 days, the participants strengthened their skills so as to acquire a command of the design of a communication strategy, the development of a communication plan and the communication tools (particularly digital tools) required for its implementation.

The assignment consists of training one agent of the Financial Market Authority of the West African Monetary Union (FMA-WAMU), Côte d’Ivoire, on the following topic: ''Audit of an organisation's governance processes''.
This ten-(10) day training/coaching course, to be held in Clichy, France, aims to strengthen the skills of the Internal Auditor and to increase the added value of internal audit activities.
