The assignment consisted of training senior executives from the General Directorate of the Treasury and the Brazzaville City Hall (Republic of Congo) on the theme: Legal, fiscal and financial management of a local authority.
Over ten days, the participants strengthened their capacities in order to acquire a command of the legal, fiscal and financial framework of a local authority, a command of the tools and methods necessary for the good management of a local authority, as well as knowledge of the components of decision-making.

The PRAASED, whose development objective is to improve school performance at the primary and secondary levels, and to strengthen the effectiveness of certain management systems, included capacity-building activities to improve the quality of services provided by managers, teaching advisers, inspectors and central and departmental directors (involved in school management).
