The mission consisted of training senior officials from public and private administrations in Africa (Democratic Republic of Congo and Senegal) on the theme of "Leadership and change management".
Today's public and private sector organisations operate in a constantly changing environment. The assignment consisted of training senior executives from the General Directorate of the Treasury and the Brazzaville City Hall (Republic of Congo) on the theme: Legal, fiscal and financial management of a local authority.
Over ten days, the participants strengthened their capacities in order to acquire a command of the legal, fiscal and financial framework of a local authority, a command of the tools and methods necessary for the good management of a local authority, as well as knowledge of the components of decision-making.
