The mission consisted of training senior officials from the Ministry of Finance of the Democratic Republic of Congo on the subject of ''Management of financial assistance accounts''.
Financial assistance accounts show the State's support for various beneficiaries, whether companies or individuals. They are opened by a Finance Act and expose the State to a risk of insolvency. For this reason, outstanding advances and loans must be strictly controlled and rigorously monitored. Given the proximity of the texts applicable in the DRC and France, the aim of this training course is to study the legal and accounting framework and the practice of financial assistance accounts.
