The mission consisted in training senior officials from various departments of the Ministry of Finance (Democratic Republic of Congo) on the theme: Monitoring and Evaluation of Projects and Programmes: Principles and Tools. Over a period of 10 days, participants strengthened their capacity to effectively utilize monitoring and evaluation tools.

Training in results-based management of development cooperation projects ( 2023 - 2023 )
The OIF wanted to strengthen the professional technical skills of project managers in order to improve the quality of the cooperation projects it deploys in terms of results-based management, project management and performance.
To this end, SOFRECO organised and facilitated training sessions for 30 IFM project managers, organised in two groups of 15 people each, to strengthen their capacity to manage cooperation projects based on results, based on best practices and tools used in the field of development cooperation project management.
