Gender Technical Assistance for The Gambia through GAVI's Targeted Country Assistance (TCA) Reserve funding ( 2025 - 2026 )
The main objective of this technical assistance is to support the national EPI programme in addressing gender-related barriers to immunisation, with a specific focus on zero-dose children and underserved populations. The TA helps to integrate gender considerations into all phases of immunisation programming, including strategy design, implementation and monitoring.
Feasibility study for a project to improve hospital governance in the Republic of Guinea ( 2024 - 2024 )
The mission aims to improve hospital governance in Guinea by strengthening the training of health managers, improving the central management of hospitals, optimising human resource management and ensuring equitable healthcare provision. This involves the strengthening of inspection mechanisms, as well as specific hospital services such as medical biology laboratories, pharmacy, medical transport and medical imaging.
Final Evaluation of the EU Trust Fund COVID-19 response in Libya ( 2023 - 2024 )
The main target of this evaluation was the relevant EU services, such as the EU Delegation to Libya and the Directorate-General for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations (DG NEAR) Migration Unit. While accountability, especially vis-à-vis EUTF donors is important and this evaluation certainly serves this purpose, an aid for decision-making in terms of capitalization, knowledge, understanding and sustainability perspectives was to be primed. National counterparts who have intervened as stakeholders throughout the implementation also stood to benefit from this evaluation. For Libya however, the recommendations of the evaluation were expected to be used as policy dialogue tool by the EU Delegation to Libya and by implementing partners.

Facility for studies and support for the preparation of the new Education Sector Plan (ESP 2030) ( 2020 - 2023 )
This mission entails the establishment of a facility to provide expertise for the performance of specific studies and support on activities during the preparation of the Education Sector Plan covering the period up to 2030.
The facility is composed of a team leader, who is available intermittently over a 2-year period. His role is to coordinate, provide guidance and exercise quality control on the various specific missions to be identified and to prepare the terms of reference for each specific mission.
